If you do not recieve your download token:

• Check to see if it was routed to your SPAM or BULK folder
• Goto this tradebit page to lookup your download token
• Check your PayPal account profile to determine what e-mail address you have registered as your primary contact.

ZIP File:

If you buy a package of 2 videos, the files may be contained within a ZIP archive file.  Windows XP has built in ZIP software, othwerwise if you need a ZIP program, you can get one at Tucows, WinZip, or Download.com.

Video CD:

Video CDs can be played on any compatible DVD player or on a computer with Video CD software.  To find out if your DVD player is compatible, check your owner's manual or visit the manufacturer's website.  If you need VCD software, try Lalim VCD Player for Windows or search Tucows or Download.com.

Playback Problems:

If the video does not play properly, try restarting your computer.  If you are still having trouble, upgrade your video player software by visiting the publisher's website.  Please note: Videos are silent unless advertised otherwise.  Videos with sound may have periods of silence when needed to offer privacy to video participants.
